Club Meetings

Club meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:00pm throughout the year at the Gympie ARC. These meetings consist of 1 AGM and 6 General Meetings alternating with 5 Management Committee Meetings. All club members are invited to meetings and are encouraged to contribute their own knowledge and expertise.

In accordance with the club constitution, members may only vote at General Meetings. The secretary will email the meeting agenda 1 week prior to each meeting. The venue will generally be at the Gympie ARC in the meeting room. A copy of the minutes will be available in the red folder marked "Minutes of Meetings".
